@Yukosera -yes it’s really difficult to know if you are doing the right pelvic floor muscle exercise especially when first starting out. Imagine you are contracting your pelvic floor muscles to stop passing urine, or to avoid passing wind, feel the perineum or area between the vagina and anus lift upwards and inwards with your exercise (rather than bulging outwards), try sitting on a rolled up towel to feel the inward lift, hope this helps

Yes definitely, pelvic floor exercises/ kegel exercises can and should be practiced in upright antigravity positions such as sitting and standing. In this way the pelvic floor muscles become stronger by lifting up against gravity. Upright is usually the functional position that we want these muscles to work in also. So when possible practice in sitting and standing.

I don’t think many women know about this because my mom never told me about this and i know a lot of women who have never known or done this their whole life. i guess many just don’t think it’s important enough. ok now, i don’t know if im doing this right or not but, i’ve been doing it for many years but whenever i do it, it gives me a feeling like i have to pee every time and i can’t hold the position because of it or i feel like im getting aroused and im holding it. please tell me whats up

I’ve been doing Kegel Exercises since I was a teenger, am 31 now. The back muscle exercise also helps you go when you are trying to get over constipation. The trained muscle around the anus is able to relax easily because its flexibiltiy improves. Beleive me, I found out through experience!!

This is a good product, before using I thought I knew how to do kegels, I would do them all the time.
